37 reviewsI spent 3 days at PoggiaBa with my wife and my daughter in late December. The scenary is great in the winter season too. PoggioBa is a lovely, country house on top of plateau made of tuffs. This old house (totally renovated) is encircled by vineyards below and green fields with sheep. We stayed in the floor apartment partially digs into the rock. Our room, as the the upper apartment is furnished with gusto. The owners are very nice and we had all mornings a great mediterranean breakfast with local products and homemade sweets, cakes and marmalade. I strongly suggest PoggioBa also because the house is very close (a few minutes driving) to the middle-age villages of Pitiigliano, Sovana and Sorano. Luigi
