140 reviewsWe found this “Agriturismo” via google and Booking dot com, we booked via the booking-dot-com site. The entrance is very discreet, but there is a little arrow pointing to “Le Gore”, and you can just follow the (illuminated) gravel road, which is lined with well kept trees. The property consists of several converted (farm)buildings, with apartments in them, and the “reception” is across the pool. When I walked around, looking, the owner came out, he already knew my name, and and offered me a drink immediately. It felt right at home. Check-in was easy, and our little apartment was nicely spacious. Wifi was spotty (too far from the base-station?), but phone-tethering worked most of the time. The bed was a little creaky: Charming! The swimming pool was Brilliant and very clean, and you can enjoy a beautiful view of Tuscany hills as well. Sleep was Good (squeak…). Breakfast is served in the main building, and consists mostly of local (self)produced ingredients. Very Tasty. And Very Good Coffee. We stayed two nights and enjoyed the Tuscan countryside. Including a Great view of thunderstorms and the noise of pouring rain on our second night. Great Experience. Checkout was easy and we got a warm “Arrivederci”. We can Recommend this place for quiet weekend getaways.
