Agroturismo Garda Hill

This is a small complex of about 12 Apartments in a beautiful location in the hills above the south-western shore of Lake Garda. We had the large apartment above the reception, with steps leading up to a master bedroom on the top floor with dressing room and bathroom and stunning sunrise views, then on the floor below a second bedroom with TV, fridge and ensuite bathroom, and a large living/dining room with kitchen and a terrace overlooking the olive trees, if you look carefully you can just spot the lake from the terrace. It was perfect for us. Families with smaller children might want to request an apartment with the rooms all on one floor. There are first-floor apartments with a terrace and ground floor apartments with a patio. The pool is large and clean and the covid measures were taken seriously with frequent cleaning of sunloungers, the table tennis and table football etc. The grounds are beautiful and well kept. Daniele and Alessandra are very correct and courteous hosts, always willing to help where they can. You need a car here, but it is a great base for exploring the area, with the beach, port and cafes and supermarket at Moniga just a 10-minute drive away, and a great pizzeria in Soiano less than 10 minutes by car. The baker/mini-market is a 5-minute drive or 20-minute walk. It is a family-friendly place, don't expect complete silence if you come in school holidays, but there is also an adults-only sunbathing area with a large hot tub, and you can always find a quiet spot to read in the shade of the olive trees. I can't imagine there could be anywhere better to stay for a holiday at Lake Garda. Grazie Daniele e Alessandra!
