268 reviewsFirst of all I have to say that there is a lot going for this hotel, but it's not perfect. However, the imperfections are minor when weighing up all the good things about the hotel. I think it is a real bonus that this is a hotel that is family owned and run and the owners Margarita and Elija go out of their way to make you welcome and ensure your stay is a comfortable one. The ingredients that make this an excellent hotel: - Family run with owners on the premises, very helpful and welcoming. - Great position just on the outskirts (5 mins walk) of the main business area, close to restaurant, bars and shopping. - Quiet location. - Good continental style breakfast included. - Restaurant in the hotel for lunch and dinner. Reasonably priced. - Comfortable room, nice bed. - Limited car parking available. - Lift (elevator) in the hotel. So what isn't so great? Not very much. The air-conditioning in our room was noisy. No tea/coffee making facilities in the room (which is perhaps a personal gripe). I have no hesitation is recommending this hotel. We would certainly stay again if we visit Sirmione again.
