This is amazing.

On of the best B&Bs we ever had! Lovely, modern rooms, each with its own bathroom and terrace. Delicious breakfast every morning.
Ideally located to reach the inner town of Sirmione (30 minutes walk or use the bikes the owner provides). Parking directly at the house - a huge advantage in this area!

Wonderful!

We had a very nice time here, always a very cozy, cozy bed, beautiful modern bathroom, in fact everything was as in the photos on the homepage. For breakfast there was what the heart desired, even special wishes were no problem :) The ladies of the house are all incredibly attentive and hardworking, you can speak German and even a few chunks of English well. I highly recommend!

It's almost like home on vacation.

It is the true Italian excellence, impeccable in all respects, nothing seems to be improvised in both the care of the guests and the cleanliness and quality of the food offered in full compliance with the current regulations in this field.

Sirmione vacation

There is a paradise. Super-curated villa, rooms furnished with taste and super-clean. The breakfast room Rich in incredibly beautiful elements. Stained glass windows on the garden that put good mood and peace. Mrs. Luisa a chicca available at any request. Then talk about breakfast, UNICA. Never found before, ingredients of excellent quality, selected and excellent products. Every morning different dishes and cook at the time on request. The super comfortable bed, never found the topper even in the best hotels. I recommend putting the choice of cushions on the rooms (there are already 4 but tend to tend to) the lady, at my request, promptly found me a cushion suitable for my needs. It will be difficult to stay in other facilities after this incredulity.

Heaven exists, it's called the House of the Guard.

The structure, very new, is in an ideal location: close to the centre, close to premises, shops and restaurants, although in an extremely quiet and green area, and above all a minute's walk from the lake. The environment is very cozy, clean and quiet, well maintained and with quality details, both in the common areas and in the rooms. A terrace immersed in the private garden is available to guests, well maintained; very much appreciated the use of bicycles, an excellent means to visit Sirmione and its surroundings. The room is very spacious and well furnished, clean, complete with every accessory and that reserves the right spaces to store clothes and objects.

A Jewel on the Garda

The hotel is located in an excellent location, very close to the lake in a quiet area. The centre is conveniently accessible with bicycles made available free of charge to all guests. Everyday change of lingerie and very high quality breakfast, with a wide choice of sweet/ salty with fresh products. But what makes the stay unique and special besides the beauty of the b & b, the care of the furnishings and details and the services offered, is the courtesy and availability of Mrs. Luisa and the staff present, who hug you and make you feel at home, always with kindness and wonder. Thank you for making our holiday special!

Simply explained

200 meters from the pedestrian lake in a quiet and quiet position but two steps away from everything that can serve for a relaxing holiday. Restaurants, bars and seaside establishments can be reached in a few minutes' walk. The structure immersed in a luxurious garden has 4 rooms all finely furnished and equipped with private space outside. Breakfast in the garden super! What more to say...? Go and try!

Absolutely at the top!

Super friendly hosts! Lovely room with an amazing breakfast in the morning. Very neat and rooms get cleaned daily. So good! Wow! The bed is so cosy and really nice. Loved it! 20min walk from the historical center of Sirmione and 1min walk from the Garda lake. Great location with nature nearby and restaurants 1min walk. So amazing! 😍👌 the best stay!

Lovely bed and breakfast - belissimo

We (couples) spent a few nice days here in September 2020. Really a great B+B - Where to start praising - breakfast - excellent! A giant table full of food - and that every day and fresh again. An absolute dream of this cappuccino  So delicious! Mrs. Luisa and her colleague/co-worker - very nice, helpful and hearty! The rooms  spacious and modern designed, rarely seen something so beautiful, comfortable and elegant in a B+B. Simple to feel good! Lightning sauna, every minute after arrival everything was cleaned up and cleaned up again, there were fresh hand tools.
