This is a strange little place, hard to find but a perfect place to stay in siena. Some advice: if you're coming from the train station, DO NOT walk up the hill as shown on google maps! There is an escalator that goes direct from the station to the hotel's street. Once you've found it, it's like staying in a nice apartment: big rooms, nice clean bathroom with an excellent shower and very fragrant shampoo! Fifteen minute walk into town, with lots of great restaurants on the way in. The owners were very friendly, there isn't a reception as such but there was always someone around if there was a problem. Overall I'd definitely recommend it!
