B B Le Stanze di Marchisia

Bed and Breakfast Le Stanze di Marchisia was wonderful! The owner, Gabriele, has ensured that guests feel welcomed. His warmth and hospitality made me feel like I was visiting with family. He prepares breakfast and will chat with you to help you with planning your day, getting reservations for restaurants or talk about whatever you need to so that your trip goes well. First of all, this B&B has an elevator or lift so that you don't have to struggle getting your luggage up to your room! The car park is right outside the building and the street is level-you do not park on a hill or far away. The building is locked and secure and accommodations are very clean, and well thought out. The bathroom is modern and clean, the shower has a modern "rain shower" head which was really pleasant and the shower stall was large! The sleeping accommodations are really clean and comfortable, very quiet at night and the air conditioning was as cold as you could want. The WIFI is fast and consistent too! This is a great place to stay in Agrigento, Sicily. The area is upscale and very close to the Valley of the Temples, great restaurants and upscale shopping and public transportation.
