77 reviewsLeft Hotel Carlo V only this morning, booked for two nights, what a mistake. From the moment we arrived Giuseppe & his wife Giovanna were absolutely fabulous. On the second day their Daughter Maria arrived & all I can say is what a great family to be running a BnB. This place has everything. Warm welcome, safe & secure, rooms are well appointed & clean, lovely decor in the rooms & the hotel in general, good advice on local attractions, restaurants, beaches etc. breakfast has a great variety & all you need to start the day. There is limited public transport to & from Porto Empedolce but the Hotel Carlo V is 50 meters from the bus stop. Very handy when you have travelled on public transport. Would I travel to this hard to get to place & stay at the Hotel Carlo V again? You bet we would & stay a lot longer? Grazia Giuseppe, Giovanna & Maria. John & Carole Mildura Australia.
