After travelling/driving for several days around Sicily we arrived at La Veranda at around 8pm after visiting the Valley of the temple and our way to Syracuse. Angela, the owner, received us with a big smile and rapidly showed us to our room: a beautiful and amazing and absolutely spotless room, amazing beds, where we rested amazingly. Angela recommended a restaurant nearby where we had a very authentic Sicilian food surrounded by a real Sicilian atmosphere. The following day we woke up to a beautiful breakfast overlooking the ocean. Our room had an ocean view, we felt absolutely amazed. I recommend staying at La Veranda if you want to have the Sicilian experience, which we were looking for. Thank you Angela for an amazing stay.
