La Bianca Scogliera

Me nad my wife really felt well at La Bianca Scogliera. Sig. Grazilea is a great host and also a great cook. Nearby Scala dei Turchi, the place has a parking lot. Our room was clean and well equiped, next to the yard. If you travel nearby, stop at La Bianca Scogliera!

The woman who runs this B&B is very nice and friendly. In spite of the fact that she doesn't cook for people who don't sleep in La Bianca Scogliera, she did an exception for us and made a delicious spaghetti. The atmosphere during the dinner was also really nice, though that owners don't speak English - but it's not a problem and we coped with it pretty well. 
La Bianca Scogliera is located opposite Scala dei Turchi so only a short walk is needed to get there.

The B&B is located a short walk from the beautiful Scala dei Turchi and a few beachside bars and restaurants. Graziella and Franco were wonderful hosts - they made sure there was breakfast still left out for us when we slept in on the first day and really made us feel welcome. We had dinner there one night which was really great, lots of traditional Sicilian food and wine, highly recommended! Our room was a bit small but I think there are larger ones available so it would be best to ask for one of them. In any case, our overall experience was excellent and I'd definitely stay here again.

Stayed here September 2014. Initially had problems finding it , but that was a gps problem. It's located directly above the White cliffs, which are quite stunning especially at sunset. The b&b was nice, styled very traditionally , but very clean and modern at the same time. The bathroom is shared but we were the only guests so this was fine. The bed was comfortable and the room was great , with a little balcony. 

The biggest plus was the hospitality. The host didn't speak much English , but that wasn't a problem. They have a lovely outdoor gazebo to enjoy breakfast (which was great) and we also had dinner here. All food is grown by the hosts or sourced locally . We had a fish dinner, which was the best we had in Sicily  . They produce their own wine, and the White was excellent . It was a perfect example of Italian hospitality at its best . Great stay and well recommended if in this part of Sicily . 

The dinner was absolutely fantastic - local style, fresh ingredients from the farm, wine and limoncello made on-site etc. Walking distance from the Turkish steps which are nice to see in the morning. To get to the place if you can access googlemaps - look for the B&B Baia dei Turchi, it's right next door. The room was on the small side, but clean and comfortable.
