Clean and cosy apartments and pool. Beautiful scenery from the house. Lovely hosts (Suzanna and Roberto) who helped us with booking tours and gave us tips for things to do in the region. They were very sweet with  and thoughtful about our kids. Also the other staff members were so kind. The 3-course dinner Suzanna prepared every evening was amazing and she always took into account any dietary wishes we had. We had a great time!

We had a wonderful stay with Susanna and Roberto. The home was welcoming, clean and authentically italian! Breakfast and dinner was included in our stay. Breakfast is continental style, and dinner is a 3 course meal with local wines!  It was delicious. The beauty of the land surrounding the home is magnificent. It is beautiful, spacious and quiet. The views are endless. There is a nice swimming pool, many gardens that Susanna gets her fresh produce from, and a charming dog and two cats that love people! Susanna and Roberto do everything to make your stay enjoyable. They have many good ideas for places to visit and things to do. They helped make reservations for horseback riding, boating on the sea, and provided maps to get to all of the charming places in Tuscany. The home is a very old farmhouse, which I loved. It's not fancy, but it is homey and was the perfect place for my husband and I, three teenagers, my parents and my brother. Plenty of space for all! Many thanks to Susanna and Roberto! We send our love from California and Mississippi!

The farmhouse atmosphere was truly unique with the beautiful hills and nature surrounding us.Most special was the hospitality and kindness of the owners. They were so helpful in telling us the special places to visit and also how to get there. Our entire family had a great time!

we are a German family with 2 adults and 2 childs, and we stayed 2 weeks with breakfast and dinner in the Podere Santa Teresa.
All of us enjoyed the holiday a lot. The place is very nice and quiet with a big swimming pool area and perfecto italiano food, cooked by the lovely mama italia. Podere Santa Teresa is placed only in a very famous wine and olive area.
Our mini apartment had two rooms and was in the Tuscany styl with nice antik furnitures, a/c, ventilator and small kitchen area and a small bathroom with sower.
The sea with very nice sand beach is just 20 min. away by car, the water was perfect with 27°C. On the way there are many supermarkets, the next small supermarket is just 10 min away by car.
Grosseto is the next bigger town, where you can find all the things you need. One day in the week there is a big market you should visit.
The owners Susanna and Roberto are very friendly and will always help you to find all kind of trips and activities you will do.
The food was always delicious!
The day started with a big breakfast in the outside area under a roof of wine leafs and grapes. Susanna serve the Tuscany bread and all kinds of self made marmalade (some of them I never tast before), Tuscany cold meet, different cheese, Nutella and muesli for the kids, fruits and so on.
Every dinner started with exquisite pasta in different ways. The mean meal goes from the best pizza of world to seafood, meat, risotto, salad and different aubergine foods and other typical variables and foods, after it you get a dessert. White- and red wine and water are included.
For us also perfect was that you can talk with Susanna about the dinner food she will cook for you and she also looks for the foot of the children. A lot of vegetables and fruits came from Susannas garden, very nice.
For us it was a perfect holiday, we met a lot of nice people, had a good time and we hope to come again!

We were 13 people from Sweden who rented the whole place for a week. The house was amazing and the relaxation overall. The food was super and so was our hosts. We will be happy to return another year. Thank you Susanna!

If modern technology, bustling cities and room service are your thing then this may not be the place for you. If however you love the idea of home grown local produce, welcoming hosts and a relaxed rural idyll then Podere Santa Teresa is a must. The accommodation is rustic but comfortable and adaptable with the option of self catering or bed and breakfast. The views over the Tuscan countryside are stunning and the home cooked meals are amazing. We visited in UK half term week with 2 families and the location and facilities were perfect for us. Couldn't recommend more.

This  beautiful property in the  middle of the Tuscan countryside is a lovely place to relax and rest. The owners Susanna and Roberto do all they possibly can  to make you feel welcome and they are wonderful hosts. The food is simply amazing. Susanne plans her menu so you can have a taste of Italy to perfection. The property is an older style property but has a rustic charm. You feel you are in the  countryside and for us, it was ideal because that is what we were looking for. It is almost as if you went back in time. You see the beautiful landscape  and listen to the  birds and to a lot of crickets as you are having your meals. The staff is  lovely and they are very pleasant and took very good care of us as a whole. In my case my husband has a severe disability and  the hosts went out of their way  to make  sure that we had everything we needed. Their  hospitality is fabulous. They have a wonderful  dog, called Lola who is very sweet although the owners always try to keep her away from guests in case some of their guests are not happy having dogs around. The whole atmosphere is exquisitely peaceful and pleasant. If you wish to relax and get away from it all , this is definitely the place for you. I couldn't recommend it enough. Wonderful holiday, lovely couple, delightful landscapes and atmosphere. Five star place.
