I stayed in this delicious B&B for one night, with my boyfriend. The owner and her colleague, Elisabetta, were very kind, who waited for us to arrive on Saturday evening. The B&B is in the heart of the historic center, the car must be left in the parking lot outside the ztl and the structure must be reached on foot. A short and pleasant way to go. Our room was on the first floor, with balcony, well maintained, clean, new, equipped with room refrigerator and bathroom. Presence of bar with two bottles of water for our arrival. Bakery very nice but, x Covid regulations, there is no breakfast planned. I would like to return. More than recommended.

The b&b is lovely. Set on the outside street of this historical town where very little English is spoken, the rooms are small but adequate,  the bathroom well appointed & the views into the valley are lovely.
Getting in & out of the city can be tricky, but you can drive your car in, drop your bags & drive out again. 
Breakfast was traditional Italian, don't expect a hot meal.

Curated B&B in the heart of the old village. Clean, newly renovated and tastefully furnished rooms. Pleasant experience, even the managers were very polite.

I stayed only one night in this property in April 2019, because I needed to recharge the batteries and get rid of any kind of commitment and frankly...I didn't expect such a nice and well maintained place a few kilometers from my house. The accommodation is located in what would seem to be an old house in the beautiful village of Sant'Agata and I was overwhelmed by the ability to take advantage of the spaces without heavily altering the original architecture. In fact, the Bella and modern staircase that brings to the stables arranged on several floors throughout the building. These rooms are very nice: they are a little smaller than the features that are presented in the photo (in the style of our Borgo Smilia), but also with a decor that can really make it look like a very uncomfortable space to travel from the modern hotel room to the bathroom.

B&B's great and extremely comfortable and quiet.

The B&B is located in the historic part of the beautiful village of Sant'Agata dei Goti which gave the birthdays to the grandparents of the mayor of New York. Don't be surprised if you see his pictures in restaurants, shops and bars. The residents are very proud of him! Leave your car at the entrance to the village, just take what you need and walk to this charming B&B in the upper pedestrian area. You will forget your car and slow down. We had a room with a balcony that looked out on the hills with a beautiful light. The room was small but extremely comfortable and comfortable. The young woman who takes care of very professional customers. The breakfast is not clean but most typically Italian with coffee and pastries.

The B&B is located in the historical part of the beautiful village of Sant’Agata dei Goti which gave birth to the grand-parents of the Mayor of New York. We had a room with a balcony giving on the hills with a beautiful light. The room was small but extremely confortable and clean. The young lady taking care of the clients is very professional. The breakfast is not continental but more Italian style with coffee and pastries. Forget about eggs and bacon. If you want to stay in Sant’Agata this is an ideal place for taking a break from hectic life. 

A charming place in the historical upper part

Beautiful, clean and well managed by the very nice owner, it is located in the heart of the historic center, room with excellent, comfortable and huge bed, with balcony, with Wi-Fi, modern bathroom with very spacious shower, excellent breakfast (we were able to enjoy the fresh cornetts of Ciro in Mergellina that brought us the morning as a surprise the owner), highly recommended and every time we return to SantAgata de Goti we will always choose only LOCANDA ROSA!!!!!

Very modern accommodation... it's a shame that, due to a breakdown, we were without power for the entire stay which fortunately lasted only one night. the owner apologized at 8pm (now too late to find another accommodation) saying that we would be her guests. the next day she pretended nothing and after the poor breakfast we left vowing never to return but to that place again.

No electricity.

Just the right place to live in one of the most beautiful camping villages. The structure is very nice, new and furnished with style. The view, charming, on a green expanse. Quiet place, impeccable cleanliness. We will definitely return, hopefully soon.

Immerse Yourself in Tranquility

Locanda Rosa is located at the end of the "borgo"-the old and beautiful part of Sant'Agata dei Goti. It is a fairly new hotel with the most comfortable bed and pillows we had during our stay in Italy. There is a lovely breakfast in the morning downstairs and the staff could not be nicer.
We entered the town and parked at the free overnight parking (across from the church and the restaurant "I Fiore") a bit downhill, and walked to the hotel, which was about a 10 minute walk through the lovely streets. I am guessing you can take a taxi if walking is an issue.The parking is safe. (I know this because we carelessly left our Tom-Tom stuck to the windshield overnight and it was still there in the morning).
The town seems to rise from the earth and you will get a lovely view from your small balcony at Locanda Rosa.
