The hotel is a hidden jewel in the middle of everything. The entry is hard to find but worth the search, just ask. The young man that greeted us at the front desk was very cordial and spoke at least three languages. He took us to our room and showed us how things worked. The views from the room were spectacular ! The room was ample and very comfortable. Then there was Rafaele, the person that served us breakfast in the room, an absolute delight, cheerful and engaging, if you stay there you will understand. The lady (didn’t get her name) that served us on his days off, went out of her way to serve us before their normal schedule, due to an early flight, also a delight and we were very grateful for her efforts. They offer a water taxi directly to Maco Polo Airport, not cheap, but it takes the stress out of departing, you walk out of the lobby directly into the taxi. This was one of the best experiences we have had in our travels. Grazie mille!!!

In accordance with the Institutional Regulations and the rules governing the fee for access, with or without a shuttle service, in Venice and the small islands of the Venetian Lagoon, an additional fee is charged to day-trippers who do not stay overnight and plan to visit the historic city centre from Friday to Sunday or on public holidays, from 08:30 AM to 04:00 PM.
