We like to change destination for the holidays, but we have just returned from our 3rd time at the Dolcemare Residence; since last year a family of friends has followed in our footsteps. The reasons? Large apartments for every need (recommended those on the ground floor with private courtyard for those who have dogs or children; pleasant and livable also the terrace of the first floor accommodation, our favorites). Family and impeccable management: cleanliness, orderlessness, continuous improvements (last year replaced the beds, this year added the coffee machine and towel service with weekly variations.).

There's no two without three...

Excellent Marxian hospitality, comfortable, clean apartment with essential accessories, family friendly services with dedicated establishment and umbrella with drawer included in the price.

Residence family friendly

The apartments are very modern, very neat and clean. The bathrooms are spacious and state-of-the-art. The equipment of the washing machine, the dishwasher, the stainless steel, etc.... leaves no wish open. We have never been so comfortable in Italy. Alessandro and his team are very eager for the guests. We come next year and are very excited.

Perfect apartments with Bella Vista

We just spent a wonderful week of vacation in an apartment in the sweet residence, we are a couple with two small children. The location was perfect to get to the beach, the essential shops and evening walks without too much confusion, the clean and spacious appearance with a nice balcony where we could always eat outdoors. With bicycles you can easily get to the center of San Benedetto, a city that has remained in our heart. We hope to return soon!

Residence with 12 apartments (all occupied) located in a busy street a few steps (100 m max) from the seaside of San Benedetto del Tronto towards Porto d'Ascoli.

A week of relaxation

The residence is in an excellent position, very close to the sea, the rooms are very spacious and well maintained. There is everything necessary for the kitchen. I had the apartment on the ground floor with private parking space. The beach with amenities well managed. Despite the period from 7/9 to 21/9 c, all the shops, restaurants and restaurants were open.

We are a Tuscan couple with a 5-month-old baby.After many years of coming to spend our holidays in San Benedetto del Tronto in a hotel this year we wanted to try the apartment option because having a small baby changed the needs and we wanted to relax without restrictions of time.We did not regret at all at the sweet residence we found ourselves immediately at home as a clean apartment spacious and soundproofed personally at hand and always available attentive to your needs.Many greetings to Luigi and Rossano always have been very kind and friendly and also to David the guy behind the counter of chalet n·76 CIAO...who has endured for a week without ever denying us an excellent chat that has served us a nutritious cream with cornet and a nutritious breakfast in our first three balconies and A nutritious breakfast for all of our family.

It's a welcoming facility in every form, just a few steps from the sea and well maintained. The CIAO facility they own is the right size for families and those looking for a relaxing angle. The staff is cheerful, kind and available. We were so good that we already booked for next year.
