We were here three nights as a home base to see Pompeii and Amalfi and really liked Salerno and this B&B. The room was comfortable and breakfast of pastries from a local bakery was good. Best of all was advice and assistance from our hosts Paolo and Ugo. We had dinner at the three restaurants Paolo recommended and liked them all. They also helped us plan our transportation (buses and ferry) for the day we hiked the Path of the Gods (Sentiero degli dei). Salerno was the first city we visited in Italy and not in our guide book but we felt very welcomed and would have like to have stayed longer.
