The Primo Hotel was our savior. Our original hotel went out biusiness. We found this hotel thru bookings.com but we were unable to complete the reservation because of very slow phone. We were able to find the hotel and they gave us the advertised booking rate, Mauricio was the receptionist on duty when we arrived He did everything and then some to help us get a room. It seemed like every time we went through the lobby he was there. He always had a smile and very kind greeting. He answered all our of questions, He went out of his way to help us to get settled into our room. Breakfast was very good.
