1347 reviewsThis hotel is wonderful. Beautiful Palazzo in a great location. Spotless room and a terrific breakfast. However, the highlight is the staff. They are some of the kindest and most helpful staff we have ever encountered. We had a car issue and two Hotel employees, Emmanuel and Andrea spent two hours assisting us to ensure that the car was attended to by EuropCar. We would have been very hard pressed to get the agency to respond positively without them. There was nothing they wouldn't do to make us whole even if it wasn't any issue with the hotel. Also Matteo at the front desk was a wonderful advisor on restaurants. If we ever return to Ravenna, Hotel Palazzo Bezzi will be our hotel. Highly recommended
