Great central location. Parking next to the hotel insured by the B&B itself. Beautiful and stylish building and very nice and helpful staff. Rooms and facilities of very good quality. Breakfast in the local café; and included in the price.

Fabulous

Nice staff - Valéria is always smiling and read to help! Excellent location! My room was clean and confortable, with a big terrace and a nice view! 
Too much human noise on the streets during the weekend.
There is no free parking near the B&B, only outside the Historic Center, and for most of them you have to pay.
The breakfast is only a cup of coffee and a sweet croissant served in a bar some blocks away from the B&B :(

Very good

Overall the experience with the hotel was nice, but it is not the best.
The breakfast is on a separate Cafe on the centre and it is average italian breakfast (croissant, and sweet stuff plus coffee orange juice).
The rooms are nice, just for sleeping and the bathroom is really clean, can't complain.
The only thing that was a disappointment, was the parking situation. They said that they have free parking which is not true at all. If ever been to South of Italy you might have experienced that parking is expensive and difficult, you can only park on sites marked by blue lines and you have to pay in Lecce €1.50 per hour from 9am to 2am. (I don't quite remember the hours).
The hotel is located on the Centro Storico, and driving with a car there, it's almost impossible. 
It would be great if they could revise this description since they DO NOT have parking for free.

The entry is very welcoming. The personnal is adorable (2girls) and very helpful
The breakfast in a cafe in 3 min from the b &b (1 caffe and one pastry) good but you can't on terrace 
We were on the room 104 in ground zero  close to the bar so it s kind of noisy by night and specially during the week end 
The bathroom is very clean organized
The are 2 rooftop probably the top of the rooftop of lecce. 



Good but not the best

The place itself is I a very good part of lecce old town. Very short distance to the main square and tourist area without being in it. 
There are some good bars very close by. 
The room is in serious need of decorating and i have been here 9days and my room has been serviced just twice. There is a fridge and TV but only one plug socket so you can't run both. 
This room is a triple. Far too small for three people. A couple would be on top of each other. The third bed really needs taking away. 

The staff are helpful and on a budget for two people given the location it's perfectly fine. 
However forget breakfast. Breakfast is served in academic several streets away. You are given a voucher for a coffee and a pastry. However don't expect much. Personally I haven't bothered. I'm simply not the desperate for Luke warm coffee and a sugar filled pastry. Especially as on a weekend it's 10am before any food is ready

There are better places

Basic rooms and breakfast (coffee and croissant at nearby cafe) in a great location close walking distance everything in the historic centre. Courtyard space is welcoming, helpful staff, free wifi, quiet at night.
