We've been riding in August and September, very comfortable structure x the beach, exceptional sea, very comfortable parking, ideal 'g' apartment x our needs.

Quiet and comfortable

Our apartment was dark and narrow, furnished essentially, we were accompanied throughout the week by ants in the kitchen (spray fitted) and the smell of moisture in every room. The bad surprise was the bathroom: really tiny and windowless, very uncomfortable for an apartment of 6 beds, to enter the shower literally overcame the bidet. We tried the outdoor shower, but it was so cold that we never saw anyone using it. Everywhere warnings not to waste water and rations from the Municipality: we stayed for years in the area and it had never happened to us.

You can do better.

We came back after the beautiful experience of last year. Apartment C, always very basic, big, located in the shade under the trees. It is a little dark because the light only comes from the window door of the living room. Initially I had a problem with the two-bed mattress, immediately replaced by the GIG. Filippo, the sheets instead come sealed in transparent bags. Then there was the problem with the air conditioners, from one came out water and the others only emitted hot air, but here too after two days the hippie was solved thanks to the intervention of the resident. Pacini to whom my due plause goes. At the end of the living room he considered the small discomfort by reducing the moisture and extra consumption of the bathroom. It is really full and so it was definitely not satisfied in the living room.

Anyway, it was nice.

The residence is well maintained, clean, orderly, the apartments are spacious, equipped with air conditioning, which we did not need as it was very cool, despite the fact that it was the end of July, because the residence is immersed in the vegetation. Much like the interior parking, as the Elba is paid for everything. Portfolio is very close to everything you need, from shopping, restaurants, bars, etc. etc.

I want to live here!!!!

It's just a short, pleasant flight of stairs from the sea, wonderful in its simplicity, and I'll be right back.

A privileged position, as the pictures show, excellent quality, price, comfortable accommodation of various types, quiet and quiet, which makes it a masterpiece, I recommend for those who like to relax and plunge into the crystal clear waters of Elba Island, pleasant and clean accommodation, located not far from the centre of Portoferraio.

I was in this residence with my family in the week before February, which is to say... the house, apartment F, with a wonderful view of the sea, equipped with everything, in order and clean (if I should say it would only be a microwave oven missing) very comfortable and with enviable privacy.

It was a lovely place to relax a lot! I was in the middle of August with my husband and my two-year-old daughter, the apartment we had was the E and I must say it was really nice, the garden in front of the house where we always had dinner and lunch outside, wonderful view, apartment complete with everything, a little dated but functional. The owner Filippo was very kind and present in everything. The residence overlooks a wonderful beach, very convenient to reach and with only 3 minutes walking distance was the whitehead beach which I must say is wonderful! I absolutely recommend the place!!!!

That's great!

The location is sensational, just a few steps to the Spiaggia Padulella - white sand, turquoise sea, hardly any people. Also the view from our little terrace was great, here you could have a quiet breakfast. The facility is generally quiet. The facility has a certain retro charm, the kitchen is fully equipped. We will definitely be back next year.
