15 reviewsI’ll get the negative out of the way…directions….if we’d been told to look for a blue gate in the street, we’d have found it without having to call. 2nd negative which isn’t really the owners fault but each room could have its own small kettle and a few coffee sachets instead of relying on guests not to be greedy and use all the breakfast coffee and water in the machine the day before. POSITIVES: everything else is good. The room is a good size with a lovely balcony with small table and chairs to have breakfast on. Plenty of towels (we only used one each but could’ve had more should we have wanted), bathroom clean and modern. Big bed which is clean and comfortable. Location is absolutely perfect with a superb local restaurant just down the road, the ruins a walking distance away. We’re travelling by train and the stations about a 15 min slowish walk. The owner is a WhatsApp message away and he responds quickly. All in all, a great stay.
