Booked this magic place following the recommendations on trip advisor and found it beyond our expectations. Cristiano is a delightful host and has created this hilltop oasis surrounded by rolling fields of sunflowers and golden cornfields. Very comfortable and spotless large apartment on the ground floor facing the pool and a marvellous view over the surrounding countryside and hilltop towns. Lovely place to relax and we were there during harvest time and enjoyed watching distant machines methodically harvesting followed by a small flock of egrets. Excellent base location for touring the area and not too far from the coast (just south of Numano, between Marcelli and Scossici, there is a free pebble beach with easy parking on the road nearby). The little town of Polverigi is worth a quick visit as it's Villa Napi. If you can find the caretaker (ex mayor and dedicated local historian) he may even show you the inside of the church with beautiful original frescoes found under later alterations. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would thoroughly recommend. Don't forget to buy some of their own olive oil and other products.
