The hotel has got a long tradition and with new owners it looks it is going to be attractive again. The personnel was kind, attentive, very informative about the region. I liked the interior decor a bit old fashioned but that goes with a historical hotel. I love rustic furniture, and it goes well with blue curtains and beddings. The view from my room was stunning, even in a rainy day - lake with an island and mountains at the back. The location in the village is quiet so I had a good sleep in a comfortable bed.The breakfast was tasteful - especialy some local products like chees, ham and bread. The restaurant is lovely with rustic wooden decor and furniture. In the same style as the reception. There is a small common area with TV and lots of books. The hotel is just steps away from the central square and beginning of some nice hikes.

    What was good

    Zimmer war riesig, Bett war bequem, sehr freundliches Personal, leckeres Restaurant nebenan, Lage ist wunderschoen, Hunde erlaubt, Foen im Badezimmer recht stark, super Preis!

    What was bad

    Im Badezimmer gab es ein paar fleckige Stellen.

    kein Abfalleimer im Zimmer, nur ein kleines im Badezimmer.

    Schlafsofa war sehr unbequem zum Sitzen.

    Ein bisschen hellhoerig - Vibration des Handys vom Zimmernachbarn nachts gehoert, danach das Gespraech auch etwas.
