It's too small to know where to put the bike bags, old structure and furnishings, and we found the bathroom dirty and obviously not clean, minimal breakfast and industrial products not to be taken into consideration, with that price it's better

A night in Pescara

The building is not bad on the outside, it offers a small parking lot, useful for us who were on a motorbike, a porch with tables, barbecues and bicycles. Inside is the breakfast room and then upstairs the rooms. The room would also look good but the bathroom is tired with the rotten parquet and then the cherry on the cake... the dirty toilet!! never happened even in countries with rationed water!! I noticed a lot of improvisation from the host, among other things nice.

Nothing like this has ever happened.

Nice structure all right owner exquisite and available person recommended to everyone perfect room and bathroom great breakfast location of the house very close to the center and to the sea if I have the opportunity I will come back to it.

Structure to be tested

Me and 3 friends booked this through the LuckyTrip app, what a gem of a place! Friendly owners, close to beach, clean and modern. Would highly recommended xx 10 minute transfer from the airport, around 20 euros 💶 Aldi let us borrow bikes for a few hours, no charge xx

Amazing 🤩

My husband and I spent one night in b and b. We checked in at the time set by the app. When we arrived the room was still supposed to be ready but that wasn't a problem, even though it was ready then there were no face scrubs in the bathroom. The room was facing the breakfast area so we couldn't open the blinds. I don't understand how they can give a room where you can hear the morning talking and eating the others. From here you already understand the unprofessionalism. For breakfast there were empty cornetts and a packed cake, the juices were there from the day before prepared on the table so we knew that we were going to the motel and the bar but in the morning we used a free milk bar to go away because we also had to go back to the bar because I can't tell you that it was a good thing after the first night because maybe you saw a car and then you didn't see the back of the car so you can't pay for it.

People who open b and b without skills or interest

B&B in a strategic location, close to the riviera and the pine. The rooms, although in modern style, mark the step and show signs of wear (aons of losses from thermosophons, bathroom door ruined by humidity). Breakfast at the minimum union. As for cleaning you can do better.

On the 21st of May 2022 I had a room booked via Agoda at this structure: Via Fedra, 27, 65129 Pescara. Still on the train, around 11 o'clock, I contacted the number 347 512 1294 the owner who reported to me that the check in was possible from the 15th. Arriving in Pescare, waiting to be able to acquire the booked room I went to lunch first with friends and then to the beach. About 16.30 I got a phone call from Agoda from an English-speaking operator to whom I communicated from a call center in Italy. After 10 minutes, they called me back to Pescara, telling me that unfortunately the alligator could no longer accept the renovation (evidence that I was born on the 11th to 16th of the 19th of May!!!) This case, I still had to ask the client, who is not interested in the renovation of the structure, but if he is interested in it, he is not aware of the fact that he is not aware of the presence of a negative response from the court, but he is not aware of the fact that he is not interested in the case, and he

The structure would not be bad, but the cleaning makes it desirable and the breakfast is poor especially in very low quality.

Not recommended!

We spent a step-night in this hotel in September 2021. The staff we met were very friendly and welcoming. The hotel is quite modern and clean. It is located at the bottom of a dead end and therefore quiet. Room with a very nice small terrace. Well equipped room (frigo available). Attention however to some details (external lamp not working, umbrella of the terrace quite dirty). But the majority were OK. Good breakfast but only sugary. The beach is accessible on foot. Good price ratio. Unlike what is mentioned on Booking, there were no parking spaces available (small parking of the hotel). We could park nearby in the street but we preferred a full parking lot for our luggage.
