The B&Bs location, just outside Perugia, is ideal to visit other scenic locations such as Assisi, Orvieto, and Siena amongst others. The room is spotlessly clean and comfortable. The major highlight however is the host: Francesca. We were spoilt from 'ciao' to 'arrivederci' and could not have wished for anything more. Francesca goes out of her way to make sure that all your needs are being met and is incredibly helpful and selfless. The breakfast is out of this world always including freshly baked cakes,tarts, biscuits and home made jam. I could not recommend this place more highly and we will definitely stay again when visiting the area in the future.
