76 reviewsWe stayed in the Pearla apartment for a week in May 2018. What a wonderful experience. The room sits on the top floor, with a lift to take you there, and was very clean and roomy. Had everything you need for a long stay. The apartment also comes with a little balcony and we spent many nights sipping wine and enjoying the wonderful views. Location is right in the middle of town, so close to restaurants, shopping, and all transportation. The host was extremely attentive and always available. This is a great home base if you plan on using Perugia to tour other Umbrian towns.
