Koksijde

The location of this hotel is very good, 2 minutes on foot of the old town; great view from your room. Excellent value for money, we went to 2 other hotels closeby and they asked ridiculous prices for rooms that were not bigger albeit the hotels were nicer overall. So we decided to stay at the Aurora. It is not what you call a goodlooking hotel, the bathroom is very small, but is is very clean. If you want a clean room with all amenities , value for moneyy, and do not mind about being modern and cute, this hotel is good for you. Breakfast is nothing to write home about but then again, for the good price you cannot expect much more. Only drawback is the noice of the street so used ear plugs and slept well. The lady at teh reception is a bit rough but just accept it as being part of the package. In fact she is doing everything by herself and seemed like a courageous woman.
