We were visiting Perugia (Umbria Jazz Festival) and Assisi, and this place was well situated for both. A street map of Perugia and pointers to local food shops / restaurants would have been useful for people driving and visiting from far afield. The pool was clean and large enough to exercise in. Well kept gardens, herb hedges and flowers. The staff were very kind and helpful when our departure was delayed by a day.
