I had to sleep one night in a hallucinating low-end room with old, depressing war doors, a woman with a key that made it hard to close, shared bathroom, unfortunately I ran away after paying in advance because it was really embarrassing, then when I saw that I would have to make the bed too, my arms fell off, 40 euros gifts of course without having overnighted and without having a penny back, we went x 52 euros to Reggio Emilia hotel 3 stars air conditioning tv 42 inches bathroom NOT IN COMMUNE!!!! x ten euros more I felt comfortable, this will never see me again and menoma that I changed the idea even though I threw away the money

It's chilling.

I have stayed alone and I have not had any particular problems including car parking. The structure is close to the ducal park and therefore to the centre but also to the station and the main roads connecting it. It is not a hotel but a b&b with a spacious but clean kitchen and rooms and for €35 a day I don't think you can find a better place unless you are young and go to the youth hostel.

It's not the first time that I've stayed in one of Mr. Lombardi's apartments The prices are competitive with other facilities in the area where they ask you for a kidney to stay... I'm assuming that the people who complain are probably people who haven't adapted to Mr. Lombardi and very available is very kind and very polite.

It's perfect.

We have booked a double room for a half-travel stop Building of 5/6 floors above a bar, the area is not recommended at night. In the apartment the room is located along a corridor; flanked by others with other occupants, with a bathroom and a shared kitchen. The room is clean, but whenever you arrive you will find the laundry folded and you will have to make your bed. An uncomfortable bed, made up of two old single mattresses, with springs resting on a wooden axle located on an old springs network. The furniture such as doors and locks are very old and badly furnished Remember the bathroom laundry because no suitcases are provided.

Never again

I emphasize that I was aware that it was a rental room and that I would find myself sharing common spaces. We start from the positive things, central area near the hospital, everything in order and clean, good scent everywhere, excellent price 35€, very kind and very available landlord. Free parking in the vicinity. Stop. Let's continue with the negatives (at least for me). Antique furniture, beds with soft backs, busy area (I slept with minimum earplugs), unsafe electrical sockets, no TV, no wifi (no conscious tent, but I didn't think I would miss it so much). Both bathrooms are equipped with a laundry detergent.

I didn't feel comfortable.

I stayed in a double room with single beds fortunately for only one night... the owner is friendly and kind but the house is not equipped with any comfort... the bathroom I can't describe it either because, being a rented room, unfortunately, it was forced to share some space. So let me imagine what I had to do to simply wash myself... what I found in the bathroom and the tub. I stand here for decency. The covers were dirty and full of hair and, as if that wasn't enough, I didn't close my eyes because at 1:00 at night I don't know who started ringing the bell... now I know clearly that this doesn't depend on the owner but it's not a normal thing.

Negative experience

I stayed with a colleague in the double room with single beds. The owner is very kind and available, the room is very spacious, the furnishings are old but neat, the bed is comfortable and perfectly clean. The price ratio is excellent, and the location is very convenient when arriving by car from the highway. The only problem is the lack of wifi. Recommended for a stay of one or two nights. If I have to return to Parma next week I will definitely stay there.

Good value for money

I stayed at the flat on Fleming Street for four nights. The room was not the best, bed with springs, shutters, no TV, no towels, almost broken boiler... it would be completely re-established. The street is constantly busy, day and night at all hours. No Wi-Fi. The price of a single-use double is 35 euros a night; I would have paid 10 more for clean towels and a TV in at least common areas. The only positive things are the kindness and availability of the owner, the daily cleaning and the smell you feel coming in and out of the house.

I can't.

Our room was a few streets down from the Hotel address - not a problem for us as we had a car. The street parking, however, is not free during the day, of which we'd not been made aware prior to our arrival (Blue Zone).
The owner was very helpful and friendly, suggested a few alternative parking areas.
The bed was comfy.
This should really be advertised as a shared apartment or something to that effect, not a hotel.
All things considered, though, I would stay there again.

Nice budget room

I stayed in this apartment for two nights and it was horrible. We were a group of eight people and the owner had to give us a place with four double rooms and two bathrooms, but the night before we left he spoke again and divided us into two different apartments (though I booked months in advance and paid the entire amount immediately). And most of all, he gave us a double room with two brandy dishes put in the kitchen. The brandy dishes were very uncomfortable, when you were sitting down, they broke and the mattress had springs coming into my ribs. I would not recommend it at all. I would not return to this place for anything in the world.
