We have stayed in 5 different hotels and B&Bs in Palermo and this is our favorite. Location is excellent and the rooms have a majestic apperance. Our room was quiet and well appointed with adequate place to sit. Breakfast was pleasent but not served until 8 AM. Maybe an issue parking if you have a car. Pack lightly, you'll be carrying your bags on the street and up the stairs but well worth the small inconvenience.
