Can not recommend this highly enough - would give 12 out of 10 if I could! The delightful Valentina has created a beautiful home for herself, Alessandro and little Svera. She makes you feel part of it immediately and her breakfasts are second to none - including fresh fruit smoothies. Short walk to train and bus station (for airport). Allo Spasimo is very close to the Botanical Gardens and the sea and you are immediately in the old town, which is great to explore on foot. Valentina will give you a map. Day trip: take Bus 806 from Piazza Sturzo (behind Politeama) to the end of Mondello beach and walk in the nature reserve, then walk along the beach (was quiet at Easter). Also bus 812 from Sturzo up to Santa Rosalia grotto on Mount Pellegrino, then walk down the nature reserve back to Palermo,
