39 reviewsRented a room in July. The views from the apartment are amazing!!! The location is excellent since it is within walking distance to Old Town with terrific charm and restaurants. The parking is outside the walls so the apartment is easy to access from outside the walls. Although there are many steps, there is an elevator for convenience. The apartment is impeccable, beautiful, newly decorated. Felicia has provided for every little detail. I was traveling alone and felt very safe in my room with an ensuite bathroom and privacy. The breakfast was abundant (typical Italian) and conversation with Felicia and her other guests most enjoyable. The only issue was that it was July and extremely hot in Osimo. For USA citizens, there is no air conditioning. I showered and put the fan that was provided directly on me and I had no problem staying cool and sleeping the night away. Would definitely stay her again.
