B&B La Terrazza

Carlo and Federica are super nice hosts, they helped us with every little detail what we needed! Carlo picked us up in airport for free in a late evening, he even managed to get in the car our 2m long ski equipment bag. After check-in, he brought us to Bergamo city center (after midnight, and for free again!) to find some food, because we were super hungry, but all the local places around guest house were already closed. He waited for us while we ate or kebab plates, and than kindly brought us back to our room. We had a wonderful chat, Carlo was communicative, cheerful and friendly, even he was sick and didn't feel well that night. Next morning Carlo brought my husband to airport (again, for free!) to pick up a rental car, even more, he helped to communicate all the details about the car and agreement, as we didn't speak Italian. He definitely went out of his way to do everything for us, we felt like we even don't deserve such service for the money we paid for the room! Amazing! Speaking about the room, it was very clean and nice, also the bathroom and all the guest house. They have a lovely and playful cat there, named Panna, we as animal lovers appreciated it as a bonus :) The breakfast was nice and just what we needed before our long trip to the Aosta valley. Overall fantastic experience, we got much more than we expected from an overnight stay near airport! We'll be back for sure when in Bergamo again! Grazie mille Carlo, Federica e Panna! ;)
