78 reviewsWhere can I begin? Catarina was a perfect and more than accommodating host. I wouldn’t stay any other place when visiting the quaint port town of Olbia! I am the ding-a-ling tourist who forgot about the date change when traveling from the US and mistakenly booked my mother and my room a day before my arrival. Rather than lose my money (hotel sold out on our actual arrival) Catarina gave me a credit to use for another stay which I used at the end of our visit to Sardinia! I was touched. Upon arrival she treated my mom and I like family, a warm welcome hug, her sweet son offered to carry moms luggage and Catarina even got in my rented auto to help direct me to the VERY close public car park. One NEVER gets this warmth in Los Angeles. The rooms are adorably decorated with charming antiques, spotlessly clean, comfortable beds, AC, great shower and equipped with everything one needs for a perfect stay. Sadly we could only stay one quick night as we had a VERY early morning departure but again, Catarina to the rescue... she provided us with ample food, breads, fruit, a sandwich, yogurt and coffee - since we would miss the breakfast hour. Everything was perfect! The hotel is situated steps from the Via Umberto yet just enough that you will not be right in the center of the tourists. I will be back with my husband one day, for a longer visit. Antica Dimora is a must!
