Our son, who lived on the first floor, "lost" a new linen shirt, which was hanging outside on a drying rack.
The garden and balconies on the ground floor are easily accessible to unauthorized persons.
It was messy and wasn't cleaned at tables outside under the parasols. It was also a playground for youngsters.
Here, it can easily be made more hospitable and pleasant to be in the evening for both young people and adults.
