We had the rooms on the first floor for one night on our trip across the island. I wouldn't know what to do in Nuoro, but maybe there are some activities. Anyway the host is great: we arrived late around 2215. It was no problem for him. After a quick check-in he recommend a restaurant for a late dinner which was nearby and just fine. The rooms are inexpensive, well equipped, clean and quiet. Also you can make them dark, which is a plus. After a good night of sleep we had a very good breakfast with Italian cappuccino and some sweets (nothing there for salty breakfast but this is common in Italy). All in all we would definitely come again when in the area.
