The personnel is extremely cordial. They treat you almost as family. The breakfast is varied and abondant and lots of local food is served. The dinner (you can choose among at least 2 different choices for the main dishes) is also very good. The entree is sel-service with a good choice. The hotel organises guided hiking tours every day that you can join, usually you can choose an easy one or a harder one that, anyway, you should not need any especial training (however some may be harder or longer and they tell you what is the difficulty grade). The hotel has also very good sauna and steam bath facilties.
