B&B Novecento Siciliano

We are 2 adults and 2 teenagers who stayed in 2 rooms of this B&B in July. The owner of the hotel is a photographer who took photos of famous people. His building from the ground level lobby to the hallway up the stairs to each apartment and each room in it are decorated in the eclectic style of mixed antiques with high class modern design. We are a family of artists, so we really appreciated all the paintings, photos and the rest of the decor, including the beds, bathrooms, chandeliers, kitchen utensils, etc. The rooms are very spacious, the beds are very comfortable, the shower is very powerful, and everything was perfectly clean. The owner is a very nice man, doesn't speak English, but with Google translate we had no problem communicating. The breakfast was the most generous and a big selection of savory and sweet local products of all breakfasts we had in 2.5 week of vacation around Sicily in 10 hotels. The hotel is in the most central location of Noto; it's a good and not so good point. It's easy to walk around, but not easy to park the car. We unloaded our luggage then parked farther away and walked back. Also, if you are party animal, then the location is great for you, as there is a restaurant/cafe right below the hotel and they have a live band playing excellent music downstairs. We discovered that you will not be able to sleep till 12:30-1:00 o'clock at night even with all windows closed. However, we had a great time because the hotel building has a beautiful private courtyard/lobby with a bench inside, and when the huge wooden entrance was open, we had front row seats to the concert and even some space to dance while other people had to be crowded outside.
