I did a cooking class at Dindina with 6 of my friends. The lady of the house was the head cook assisted by her son in law and her son as translator. We've created a four course dinner of Piemontese specialities. It is a wonder that we've managed to get it done while having fun. But the cook did keep a close eye on our work and corrected us where needed. While waiting for the pasta to dry we were invited to see the wine cellar and taste some. Such friendly people. It turned out to be the fathers birthday and after dinner we were invited to join eating the birthday cake. Naturally we did sing for him a happy birthday song (in Dutch). Great place, Friendly people, I realy should come back with my family sometime in the comming years.
