We had booked two rooms, a double and a single which were to be located about 200 meters apart ( the B&B has two locations) and the double to be air conditioned. However, we were all located in the one building a very short stroll from the Piazza Miagori, but no air con !! The change was an inspired choice by the owner to put us all together (my wife and I and our son) in one building and in much bigger apartments. The lack of AC wasn't a problem as temperatures were cooler in the night. We had friends close by so didn't use the facilities at the main B&B but they looked good. Interior decorations are quirky but the apartments are very clean although not very well equipped if you wanted to do any self catering.
