Hotel Spiaggia D'Oro

I loved my stay at this hotel!! The staff were friendly and most helpful. The breakfasts were delightful with lovely home made cakes... I loved the little doughnuts with cream in. The breakfast room was a good size with views overlooking the sea. The en suite bedrooms were bigger than average and very clean. There was also a decent size balcony with lovely sea views, looking towards the neighbouring little resort of Ponte Sasso. Marotta is an ideal place to stay if you have a family with young children, or you seek a peaceful beach holiday. The railway station is a pleasant 20 minutes walk along the seafront from the hotel with very regular trains to a number of nearby larger resorts.... Senigallia being the nearest, and only 5 minutes away, at a cost of 1 euro 50 cents.
