Stayed for 1 night in late Jan 2018. TownHouse 12 is a hidden gem in Milan. It is a little out of the city center but certainly is not a problem because the metro literally just a few steps away. It is only 20mins away from the Milan Central Bus station where I took the Flixbus. The receptionists are very fluent in English and talkative. They offered recommendation on the tourist spots. We can leave the roomkey at the reception (opens 24hr), so we do not have to carry it around and might have chances to lose it. The lobby/dining area is so stylish and chic. Even tho the room looks ordinary and a bit compact, but I am totally alright with that. The room is tidy and neat. It has AC and kettle. Breakfast is included. It is very basic and simple, but surely enough for what I need.
