The Hotel was fully booked so breakfast was a bit disorganised. The food was of good standard especially for the price. The rooms were fine although you could smell the toilets on the 7th FL corridor; but really how much time do you spend in the corridor. WI-FI was free and was enough to stream videos. People have complained about the staff but we found nice, typically Italian so very authentic. They gave us some great places to eat that were cheap with really good food. The location is also brilliant 10 mins walk to the Cathedral and main sq. I would recommend Milan for New Year and this hotel was brilliant for the money we paid.
