Brentano Apartments

Visited the area early September and I must say the view is absolutely stunning. The apartment was in excellent condition and was kept to a good standard. Just a word of caution although it was close to amenities such as the local supermarket, restaurants/coffee shop about 5 minutes walk the apartment is situated on a hill and is not easily accessible if you have mobility problems. This should be mentioned on the Air BNB website that said and done I wouldn’t have changed anything you just wouldn’t be able to enjoy the beautiful view if you were anywhere else. You also have easy access to the local buses, tickets need to be purchased before boarding which I learnt. Taxis have to be booked in advance and not easily accessible. Tremezzina is quaint and unspoilt. The locals friendly. Close to surrounding villages such as Bellagio, Menaggio and a ferry and train ride away from Milan. I would recommend a trip on the river by either ferry or the hydro ferry. Definitely a place to go to relax and experience the Italian cuisine.
