My partner and I stayed at the hotel last night, August 15.21 and they welcomed us warmly and despite the time, smiling, they asked us if we wanted to eat at their restaurant and we agreed. We consumed sushi, raw materials of excellent quality, delicious. In addition to the food, the entire staff also increases the overall assessment of the small living room. A clean and complete room of necessities. Surely if we were to go back to the area, we would still choose to stay here.

We stayed for a week in an apartment with our two dogs.We found the apartment nice, clean and air-conditioned. One evening we also had dinner in their restaurant and found ourselves well.Free parking available at the property.Only a bad thing: The hotel offers its customers an umbrella and two cribs at the agreed beach which is, however, a half hour's walk from the property.

Good experience.

It's not the first time we spend a few days of vacation here at the Hotel Il Casale and we always felt like home. After a weekend at the end of June, we returned to the beginning of September. In fact, with little expense, you stay in mini apartments with cooking corner and includes a rich and tasty breakfast, which includes among other things also delicious homemade sweets. During the middle of summer it seems to me you can also opt for the half/complete pension. Also in the summer period is also included the beach service at the new establishment that separates just the time of a stroll from the hotel, a beautiful beach with, fortunately, family members, not many shadows and special developments.

It's like home!

I've been staying at Casale twice, the complex is very nice, for the rest it's a little isolated. Good for retiring a football team. There's a possibility of playing sports. But everything is very expensive, especially in the pool, where with two beers you stay green. Beautiful rooms are a bit abandoned though.

Good as a hotel, a little less like a restaurant.

We stayed at Casale in July for 12 days in a very nice, clean apartment, equipped with all the necessary comforts!! Entrance with table and corner cooking with mini fridge, bathroom with shower, bedroom and terrace with table and chairs. Daily cleaning of the apartment. The hotel is located on the main street of Villa Rosa. Includes a good breakfast and 2 umbrella beds in the beautiful beach accessible with a walk.

...we stayed for 8 days and we were really good...we felt at home right away.A nice facility that guaranteed everything it promised...all the comfort...wifi...abundant and very good breakfast...comfortable room...air conditioned...prepared and very hospitable staff...parking...excellent restaurant (sushi...italiano...abruzzo...a delight).But a special mention goes for the cleaning of the rooms (very good).We'll definitely go back again because such a central facility (right on Via Filzi) to such a good q/p relationship is hard to find.

We stayed 12 nights in one of the apartments of the Il Casale excellent quality and price ratio..central area practically on the main avenue of Villa Rosa. The apartments are very well organized and with all the comforts due, entrance with living room to eat and cook, bathroom equipped with all the necessary services, comfortable room and with terrace with table and chairs, with daily cleaning of the room..so very pleasant the living room. In addition the hotel offers its customers breakfast and even an umbrella and two beds on the beautiful beach.

Courtesy and good price

We stayed a week in this property and I have to say that everything was very pleasant. The apartments are equipped with everything necessary, the staff very kind and reserved. The property remains right along the main street of Villa Rosa, the restaurant of the residence is nice and the prices are modest. Attached to the restaurant there is a playground for children very convenient to continue the lunch or dinner in absolute tranquility. We would have stayed very happy a little longer.

You sleep well enough and you eat quality and abundantly, we were in 4, 2 adults and 2 children room very comfortable, excellent service both in the room and in the living room and place on the beach assigned with umbrella and 2 drawers.
