Clean rooms, nice managers, services are rated at two stars. I'm amazed at the reviews of people who would claim services available in more qualified hotels, at many other prices.

Good two-star hotel.

We stayed for two weeks and we can express an undoubtedly positive opinion. Simple and very cozy structure, organized and extremely clean, neat. The rooms are sufficiently spacious, the spaces well organized and accessorized, we had no difficulty arranging everything. Air conditioning, TV, wifi and mini-fridge very useful for water, fruit, yogurt. We had a back room, very cool and quiet, although the hotel is in the center of Procchio.

Optimal solution for Procchio

Beautiful family-run hotel in the center of Procchio and 200 meters from the beach, clean and well-maintained rooms, very kind and available staff. We will definitely return!!! We spent a very pleasant holiday here.

I highly recommend it!

Very courteous staff, family and professional; the rooms are very well kept and clean; and, from year to year, there's always a new addition; they've also put mini-fridges useful to keep the fruit cool in case one the room shopping there's also air conditioning the hotel is in the central area with all the amenities at hand food supermarket three nearby restaurants and several bars a church an ice cream parlor next door and another a few meters away a food court and the sea less than 200 meters I just stayed overnight; so I didn't ask for any other services

Really hospitable and comfortable

Small rooms and double-bed rooms are almost attached, breakfast was separate, on the other hand in front of the hotel there are two bars, one of which had a Neapolitan pastry shop.

I was thinking better.

This hotel has many qualities 01) Very cozy and familiar environment 02) the premises (rooms and bathrooms) are clean and ordered; in the room there is air conditioning and TV; of course also WI-FI. 03) very professional staff, courteous, cozy and available 04) is about 100 meters from the beach and all the related restaurants present there 05) is opposite the Salotto di Procchio with various bars where to eat breakfast and also lunches and dinners; always there are two ATMs, a tobacco shop/ticket shop bus, shops of articles for the sea, and a post office (without ATM; to pick up you have to go inside) 06) is close to a food court and a supermarket 07) is a few minutes' walk from the market 08) is next to a full bar (and sometimes near the local ice cream shop and ice cream shop) is located very close to the pizza place, which is a few minutes' walk from the restaurant, and whoever goes to the pizza place is very well located, 10 minutes's far away from the pizza place, which is a very good place to go!

I stayed in this hotel only one night (luckily) using it as the base for the GTE stop. When I arrived I was warmly welcomed by the two sisters who run the place. While I was already out for dinner I was called on my cell phone to ask to pay for the room by 8:00 (we had paid for the hood and they had both my and my friend's document) as the reception would close soon.. since when do you pay here before check out? besides, on arrival they could at least say so and I would pay instantly without any problems, besides telling me on the phone that we could leave without paying, the reception opens comfortably at 9.30 in the morning, honestly in the room mediocre enough to review the management advice embarrassingly.

Incompetent staff

Cool hotel where you get a good value for a fair price. The room and bathroom are not huge but its more than enough.

The location could not be more central. The beach is very close with approx. 150m walking distance (closer than the closest parking space). We were supprised that even though the street is rather busy, you cloud not hear anything in the room. The aircon is really good and modern and the room was very clean and got cleaned every day. There is loads of super good restaurants around the place as well as gelaterias, pizzerias and creperias.

The two women running the hotel were really cool and helpful in everything we needed and asked for.

There is no restaurant in the hotel but they have a cool agreement with the café accross the street where you can go and get coffee and croissants if you have breakfast included.

We think the place deserves more than 2 stars! :)

Very high price/value ratio

I stayed, my dear, two nights at this property which is not a hotel but a rented room because it has no kitchen and no breakfast room. It is probably a former hostel. Breakfast (compulsory), but to be done at the bar in front, consists in choosing between a coffee or a cap and a brioche. Everything else is paid. The pictures on Booking and on Tripadvisor put by the property do not correspond to what is then in reality. For example the desolate bed covering reminded me of the same old military service in the 80s of the last century. My removal on the bar in front really made me feel very uncomfortable.

We stayed from 28 August to 4 September 2020 we found ourselves very well... welcomed with kindness and a nice smile by Mariella and the sister Clara room purple color with a small clean balcony and with a very spacious bathroom.. strategic location for this hotel I would say very central very close to the beautiful beach and facing tt shops and places for any need!
