These are fabulous apartments. Central. About 3 mins to old town. And local spar shop. About 6 mins to lake. If that. Next to the cable car. Flat is light and airy. Well equipped for everything.. we had apartment with lake view… Second floor. Only one flight of stirs though. It had a gorgeous mezzanine floor for the bedroom. Castle and lake views up there and from front balcony. If yr looking for total peace and quiet …. It’s not for you.. it’s above bike hire place and great cafe , next to cable car. And a small road in front … it’s only noisy during the day. But just the general Hustle and bustle of life. We loved it..it’s nice to sit and people watch, and watch the world go by.. that is not a complaint ( most people are out exploring this wonderful place in the day anyway) …. We liked sitting on balcony. By 7pm it’s very quiet. And from then On thru the night just odd few people walking by. We often couldn’t hear a pin drop through the eve/night They have good glazing and shutters And NO PROBLEM AT ALL sleeping. We’ve been coming to malcesine for many years…. This is one of our favourite apartments that we’ve stayed in. And will definitely book again .. last thing ti say. The apartments offer free standard bike hire, not electric bikes although they are discounted if you stay.
