Nice the idea of the automatic check-in even though it would be nice if there was someone at the reception in case of need. A little uncomfortable the access stairs to the b&b, very steep😅 The room is cozy and tastefully furnished, also has a kitchen equipped, refrigerator and table with chairs, a coffee machine and air conditioning. The bathroom is a bit to be reviewed, especially the shower that every time it was used it was lost both in the bathroom itself and outside the bathroom (which is quite annoying): for the morning we put the water down on the floor and from there we noticed that the toilet was not even at the top, as well as the toilet was not being cleaned, as well as the pretzels were expected from the mail.

We were customers for about 8 years, at least twice a year we go down a few days with the family at breakfast on Sundays until 10.30am. On Sunday mornings we leave the room for breakfast at 9.33am. We arrive on Saturday evening, keys in delivery 24 hours. OK being regular customers we know how everything works. When we confirmed the reservation we were kindly offered the only room with a kitchen with a one-year-old baby, we entered the room on Saturday very happy. We look at the breakfast hours on Sundays until 10.30am. On Sunday mornings we leave the room for breakfast at 9.33am.

Disillusionment to Avoid

B&B with minimal details, courteous staff, very clean and spacious rooms, good breakfast, great for those who don't want to drive around and stay in the heart of Lucera.

This bed and breakfast is located in Piazza del Popolo at the gates of the historic center. Nevertheless, it offers free parking for customers in a secluded area or with an extra of €5 inside a private box in a hotel 200 m. The girls who manage it are exquisite and very kind. As soon as you climb the staircase that leads to the first floor, you are impressed by the beauty and elegance of the reception that closely resembles that of a hotel. The rooms are no less, finely furnished, spacious, my equipped with a separate kitchen.

A Reggia

We stayed x one day at the Torto Wall and, arriving in the room, after a long trip we shower and she apologizes and she tells me that she will send a lady to clean, I also ask for a room change because we want to rest and she very kindly agrees with me.

The photographs are misleading. At the entrance, after climbing a steep staircase, the first sensation is that of a very strong smell of mold. The room, albeit spacious, has very heavy curtains filled with dust. The top of the negativity is breakfast:poor and poor.

What a disappointment.

I slept in this b&b on June 14 and 15. Everything clean, huge room, huge bathroom. Nothing except... I haven't had much time to talk to the staff because of my schedule, but because of the little I've had to do with the lady who served breakfast, I can say she's a polite person.

The first impact was so positive, so much was the disappointment after spending one night. The spaces are spacious and the furnishings are almost elegant but the positive aspects end here. There is no Wifi (not weak, there is not really), air conditioner (for which we had to buy and replace the remote control batteries...) that after a few hours of use began to crawl and spit water on the floor and on the bed, huge bathroom without a cm. of shelf to lay anything (we used the toilet lid), slippery anta of the shower box a little slippery (you were missing in your hand every time the room moved and you had to return the wheels to the condominium every time), breakfast is soon to arrive with a B&B claimed to be disconnected in the room, and I hope that you will get a lot of data from the unconnected property, and I hope that you will not get a disconnected, unfortunate situation.
