A nice guy made our way into the b&b by entering what looked like a condo (it was a hotel used house). After climbing the steep and narrow stairs we got to our room which was actually pretty clean. One comment on the room the air remote with the tape tape on it so I couldn't change the mode. The breakfast was poor with packaged snacks and soft cookies pulled out of the property for a week probably.

Don't book here, please.

We found ourselves very well, double room with additional request for a crib (that's why the space seems reduced) courteous and cozy staff and excellent quality price, also excellent area (10/15 min from the walls) in short, a great b&b

A great b&b.

We slept in this b&b one night, the quiet location is great without being in the center, our room was well furnished and very clean, the bed comfortable. breakfast, good and plenty, is served in a very cozy room. Laura, the owner, is very kind and available, makes you feel at home.

Clean, cozy and comfortable

We stayed in this BB in three family couples for the Easter holidays. Mrs. Laura welcomed us very well and was very available for every request we made. The rooms are clean and spacious enough and the BB is a few minutes' drive from downtown.

Good experience

Comfort cleaning...I stayed for two nights in this B&B we were great, spacious rooms clean and efficient, plenty of breakfast, the property available and friendly the structure and convenient and is located a few meters from the city thanks again for the hospitality

Comfort and Cleanliness

The room and bathroom are very clean, the bed is comfortable, but... - the room is on the second floor (no sign anywhere), in the room the smell of locked and/or mold and for a reason - the room is not heated! It is still December! After 2 hours we are refrigerated, we had to contact the owner to start the radiators (heating cut off at midnight to start up again only at 2 am early in the morning! when you want to save electricity you should not rent in the winter!)

Disappointing

Very nice B&B in Lucca, not far from the walls. Very clean and equipped room, very nice and very available Mrs. Laura, excellent breakfast and supplies. Although it is located near an important street in the city, the structure is quiet and the quality of sleep is excellent. The only problem is that you have to pay only in cash. Recommended!

A great B&B in Lucca

Perfect and warm accommodation. Spacious and comfortable room with air conditioning. Very clean. Cozy lunch. Very well located, 5 minutes from the historic centre of Lucca.

In this b&b I found so much cleanliness an incredible hospitality from the owner who thinks of everything even to solve small problems Breakfast is excellent and the location is two steps from the center of Lucca we found ourselves very well absolutely recommended.

It's perfect.

The room is very below expectations, small and poorly furnished. Beds are very uncomfortable. Quality ratio disastrous price. Breakfast included, but not proven because the owner has unkindly made us notice that we went down (father only with two young children and obviously hungry!) 5 minutes before the end of the scheduled time: we had to go to the bar! very rude staff, experience to forget that unfortunately makes us want to travel in B&Bs.
