UNA HOTELS Galles Milano

We booked two single rooms but were pleasantly surprised to receive an upgrade to a king-sized bed for us, while our sons had a room with two single beds. This hotel was a perfect, quiet retreat after our busy Greek Isle cruise. The highlight of our stay was the wonderful family spa, which was exactly what we needed. We all enjoyed relaxing together in the pool, sauna, and Turkish bath—it was a truly memorable and much-needed experience for the whole family. The hotel also offers a fantastic breakfast with a wide and even somewhat fancy selection. We also had a great time enjoying the views of the city from their rooftop bar. The hotel's location is about 900 meters from the main train station, which was a bit of a challenging walk with our luggage through the busy streets. However, without bags, the area is great for walking, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. We also discovered a closer train station just a few steps from the hotel, which goes directly to the Duomo di Milano, although we chose to take a cab instead. Both of our rooms were comfortable and clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful, especially when it came to calling us a taxi. Overall, it was a fantastic stay in Milan.
