85 reviewsWe are just back from spending a week in Hotel Roma and it was amazing. We really enjoyed our stay there. I am very confused by the last 2 posts giving out as whilst there were some rules, they were really just basic manners and there was no one shouting or being rude. All the staff were really friendly, helpful and engaging. The apartment was lovely and had everything you could want. Even little things like a little washing up liquid to save you having to buy a big bottle. It was spacious with lots of hanging space and more than enough hangers (bug bear of mine when you get about 3 hangers.) The view from the balcony was second to none and had lovely shade until late in the day. Perfect for breakfast and lunch. Walls were a little thin so if you were unlucky to get noisy neighbours that might be annoying but that wasn't an issue for us. We had the hotel breakfast on a couple of days (not included in the apartment rate) and it was delicious with a great selection of everything and eggs dishes made to order. Very good value. It is a great location. It is about a 15/20 min walk to Malcesine but there is a really reliable bus service 100m from the gate that we used many times. Easy to navigate and the app made it very cheap. Loved this hotel and if we are going back to the area; we will absolutely rebook here.
